We’ll give you a call if we have any questions about the junk removal job you scheduled. Our team can often schedule appointments within 24 hours of the time you get in touch with us.
We’ll be there on time.
With Junk Giant, you don’t have to wait around all day for our team members to show up. We aren’t like the cable company. We’ll arrive during your chosen 2-hour arrival window and get straight to work. We’ll even give you a heads up when we’re on the way so you know exactly when to expect us.
We’ll give you a quote and get to work.
As soon as we arrive at your property, Junk Giant will assess your unwanted junk items and give you a firm quote. We don’t add any hidden costs or fees at the end, so you’ll know exactly what to expect at payment time. As soon as you approve our quote, we’ll start working right away.
We’ll load, haul, and handle disposal.
Once all of your unwanted items have been removed and placed in the back of our truck, we’ll do one final check with you to be sure we didn’t leave anything behind. You can settle up easily with cash, check, or card, and then we’ll head to safely dispose of your items.
